A 24/7 front desk and a first floor lobby with additional social areas round out the amenities package. Cool details and a nod to no-car living include a transit screen that give commuters updates and info on using Uber, the Charm City Circulator and the Baltimore Water Taxi.
Rents are creeping up close to Washington, DC levels and range from $1,562 per month for a studio that is 368 square feet to $3,780 a month for a 1,136-square-foot three-bedroom unit.
