DC-Based HomeBuyer Workshops Program Opens in Baltimore’s Hampden Neighborhood

A free Home Buyer & Homeowner Workshop program that has run in DC for 5 years is now open & running weekly in Baltimore’s hot Hampden commercial district. UrbanLand Company, a private real estate brokerage founded in 2003 in DC, recently opened up their new real estate office on The Avenue in Hampden.

“We run over 200 free Workshops per year in DC on a variety of real estate topics,” said Gerard DiRuggiero, Principal Broker. “The program has been hugely successful for our agents as a means to connect with the public. Our First-Time Buyer Workshops alone have produced over $43 million in successfully purchased homes for local residents we guided in the Workshops and represented in their purchases.”

“We opened up last Saturday to a great response and turnout. Over 18 people RSVPed for our Saturday morning session, and 10 came in live that morning to participate,” said Gerard. “We love our new spot on The Avenue and hope it continues to draw in the real estate public!”

Here’s the current calendar of events & links to the RSVP system for homebuyers & homeowners. All events are free. UrbanLand Company Workshops have helped DC & MD homebuyers successfully purchase over $45 million in local homes.
