14th Street Apartments Sold For $43 Million

The popular Elysium Fourteen apartment building on 14th Street, NW has been sold. The two year old, 56 unit property at 1925 14th Street, NW was purchased from Madison Investments by Snell Properties for $43 million. That is over $750,000/unit, setting a new record in the 14th Street Corridor.

Elysium Fourteen is the sister building to Logan Circel’s Elysium Logan project by Madison Investments. Elysium Fourteen is a 9-story luxury apartment building with street level upscale retail. Madison Investments is also involved with the Kipling House development project and the redevelopment of Martha’s Table into a 240-unit project.

This will be Snell Properties of Arlington’s first luxury apartment building in DC. They’ve historically held a portfolio of Northern Virginia multi-family units and office space.
